Due to increased demand and limited production capacity, the customer was looking for a way to scale up their manufacturing. They first had the opportunity to test part of the production in our Cutting Center. They decided to purchase two Enzo 1500 lasers with fabric unwinding and conveyors. During the installation of the lasers, the customer continued to use the Cutting Center services to cover production peaks.

We helped Sotesport increase productivity without adding staff. The laser solved the challenge of cutting specialized textile materials, which had previously been difficult and time-consuming. Employees were able to put down their scissors and focus on higher-value tasks. This project showcased the full advantage of ALT lasers’ modular design. The laser was installed effortlessly, even in a workshop with a narrow entrance of approximately 80 cm.

For Skanpak, we built a laser for cutting die-cutting forms used in the packaging industry. Thanks to the so-called “box cut,” the ALT laser equipped with a 650 W resonator is faster than a standard machine with a far more expensive multi-kilowatt laser. Another advantage is the ability to adjust the cut width for the blade with micrometer precision.

Dräger is a leading global company in medical and safety technology. Its products have been saving lives since 1889.

We delivered two fully enclosed machines equipped with automatic unwinding and conveyor systems. They have been integrated into production lines for automotive roof window blinds.

For ECE Group, we designed and manufactured a laser system for cutting specialized filtration materials.
In addition to laser cutting, the machine can also apply color marking to the material, which the customer uses primarily to generate precise assembly marks.

Carrier supplies cooling systems and air-conditioning units worldwide. For thermal and acoustic insulation, they use felt-like materials coated with an adhesive layer and an additional protective film. Cutting this combination mechanically is practically impossible.

The company SKY Paragliders is a significant global manufacturer of parachutes. Before purchasing our laser, they already owned two competing machines – one from Asia and another from a well-known Western European manufacturer. A few years ago, we repaired a fault on one of their lasers that the supplier could not solve. Thanks to that experience, they decided to purchase a third laser from us. Our laser cuts at a speed of 2 meters per second with high precision, and thanks to the automatic feed, it can cut an entire roll of material at once.

In 2004, we developed a special laser for micro-perforation of fabrics for the company Příhoda s.r.o., used in textile air distribution. The lasers operate continuously in a three-shift system.

Several lasers are available here for the development of new technologies, production of samples for potential customers, and to assist with starting production for our clients during the delivery time of their own laser.

For AZ Plastik’s Prague branch, we supplied two lasers and modified the existing equipment. Another laser was delivered to the production plant in Ždánice. The company specializes mainly in the production of precise parts from plexiglass and other plastics.

This company owns our largest laser in terms of working area – 2 × 7 m. They also have one smaller laser. The tables for both lasers were self-made by the customer; we supplied the lasers, drives, electronics, and software. The lasers mainly cut special textiles.

For Megaflex, the exclusive distributor of Trodat stamps in the Czech and Slovak Republics, we developed a laser for stamp production in 1992 (probably the first in Europe). Until Trodat began producing its own lasers, we sold dozens of machines even to Western Europe.

We upgraded a former milling table with a laser, new drives, electronics, and software a few years ago. We also solved fume extraction and air blowing at the cut. The customer mainly uses the laser for cutting plexiglass – logos and signage for illuminated advertising.

Pe-Ku contacted us after almost a year of unsuccessful attempts by them and their suppliers to get a fiber laser with linear motors operational. They had purchased top components – IPG fiber laser, HIWIN linear motors, Precitec cutting head, and Siemens control system – but lacked the necessary know-how. Thanks to our suppliers (HIWIN and Siemens), we were able to cooperate. Today, Pe-Ku successfully cuts with the laser, and we verified that building and commissioning a machine from the most advanced components on the market is not a problem for us.

This highly creative company produces furniture and home accessories. In addition to delivering the laser, we provided part of our know-how for their products and helped inspire the expansion of their product range. Despite limited investment resources, the company produces a wide assortment of pleasant and useful wooden items using the laser.

Thanks to a reference from Delta Sport, we built a laser with a 2×3 m working area for Varitex. The customer primarily uses the laser to cut special textiles for medical products and aids.

Another customer using our laser for textile cutting. The advantage of the laser is its high flexibility in producing sports and promotional textiles, which are characterized by a wide range of products and smaller production batches. A new pattern can simply be drawn on the computer and immediately cut with the laser.
