The f201 laser delivers excellent performance and stability, ensuring consistently high-quality cuts. In addition to the standard 10.6 µm wavelength, the f201 is also available with a 10.2 µm wavelength, expanding the range of processable materials. It is ideal for applications such as polypropylene films used for self-adhesive labels.

This model features a TCP/IP web interface, providing access to real-time status information. The i401 is equipped with a gas purge port, allowing easy connection to nitrogen or CDA (compressed air) cleaning systems, and an internal electromagnetic shutter for operator safety. We recommend the right laser, produce samples, calculate costs, and ensure optimal delivery conditions.

Installation

We install the laser into your machine or production line, connect power, adjust the optics, and set optimal parameters.

Turnkey Service

We test any faults, propose and quote repairs, perform them (or coordinate with the manufacturer), and recalibrate the machine for operation.

Laser Loan

Production doesn’t need to stop during repairs – we can provide a replacement resonator or arrange production on our machines, depending on availability.

Overhaul (Repairs & Refurbishment)

Resonators have an average lifespan of 40,000 hours, equivalent to 5–15 years of operation. After this, they can be overhauled, with a one-year warranty provided by the manufacturer.

New materials are tested in-house or in laboratories in Germany and the USA. We develop the optimal technology for your application and integrate it seamlessly into your production line.
